Hire Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is only confirmed once 50% of the hire fee and a $200 refundable security deposit have been received.

  • The remaining 50% of the hire fee is payable 14 days prior to the event.

  • Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.

  • Hire Duration: Single day hire includes use of the equipment for up to 8 hours on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 2. Security Deposit

  • A $200 refundable deposit is required in addition to the hire fee.

  • The deposit will be returned within 5 business days after the return of the equipment, provided that:

    • All putt putt items are returned clean and in the same condition as supplied.

    • No damage, loss, or excessive dirt/mud is found on the course or accessories.

  • If cleaning, repairs, or replacements are required, the cost will be deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, the hirer will be invoiced for the additional amount.

  • Hirers must ensure that all users treat the equipment responsibly and safely at all times.

  • Reasonable steps must be taken to ensure the equipment is not used on wet or muddy ground without appropriate protection.

    • Running on or around the course is not permitted.

    • Putters must only be swung to knee height or below.

    • A maximum of four players are permitted on each hole at a time.

    • Players must wait their turn and not play multiple holes at once.

    • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

    • Food, drinks, and glass items are not permitted on the course.

    • Course equipment, including putters, balls, and obstacles, must not be removed, moved, or misused.

  • Any damage caused by failure to follow the above rules may be charged to the hirer. It is the hirer’s responsibility to ensure that all participants are aware of and comply with these rules.

4. Set Up & Pack Down

  • Patrick Putts will deliver and set up the course unless otherwise agreed.
